随着社会的发展进步,企业也在不断地前行。企业的发展经历了三个阶段:经验管理、科学管理、企业文化。先进文化是社会进步的主心骨、精气神、发动机,抓文化就是抓方向。而中国的工会有着其自身的特色,如何将工会的工作与企业的文化相结合?是目前工会工作所面临的一项重要的课题。本人通过11年的工会工作的经验积累,整理出此篇文章,有不当之处还请专家指正。
With the social development and progress, businesses are constantly moving forward. Enterprise development has gone through three stages: experience management, scientific management, corporate culture. Advanced culture is the mainstay of social progress, the essence of the spirit, the engine, grasp the culture is to grasp the direction.
