目的研究广西黄花三宝木Trigonostemon lutescens中二萜类成分。方法用色谱分离法对黄花三宝木乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱信息鉴定化合物的结构。结果从黄花三宝木的95%乙醇提取物中分离得到12个二萜类化合物,分别鉴定为trigoxyphin A(1)、3,16α-二羟基-贝壳杉烷(2)、3,16α-二羟基-对映贝壳杉烷(3)、10,16α-二羟基-异贝壳杉烷(4)、3,5,16α-三羟基-对映贝壳杉烷(5)、8α-羟基-3,4-开环海松烷-4,15(18)-二烯-3-酸(6)、8α-羟基-3,4-开环海松烷-4,15(18)-二烯-3-酸甲酯(7)、3,4-开环海松烷-4,8(9),15(18)–三烯-3-酸甲酯(8)、trigoflavidone A(9)、克罗烷-2,4,11-三烯-17-酸甲酯(10)、3α-羟基-贝壳杉烷-16-烯(11)、13α-羟基-16-烯-贝壳杉烷-18-酸甲酯(12)。结论所有化合物均为首次从黄花三宝木中分离得到。
Aim To study the diterpenoid constituents of Trigonostemon lutescens from Guangxi. Methods The chromatographic method was used to separate and purify the ethanol extract of Sambo yellow wood, and the structure of the compound was identified according to the physicochemical properties and spectral information. Results Twelve diterpenoids were isolated from the 95% ethanol extract of Sambuca officinalis L.and identified as trigoxyphin A (1), 3,16α-dihydroxy-kaurea (2), 3,16α-dihydroxy (3), 10,16α-dihydroxy-isocoumartane (4), 3,5,16a-trihydroxy-benzimidazole (5), 8α-hydroxy-3,4 -cyclohexapran-4,15 (18) -diene-3-carboxylic acid (6), 8α-hydroxy-3,4- (9), 15 (18) -triene-3-acid methyl ester (8), trigoflavidone A (9), carotane- (10), 3α-hydroxy-kaurene-16-ene (11), 13α-hydroxy-16-ene-kaurene-18- ). Conclusion All the compounds were isolated from the flower of Sambucus for the first time.
