针对宝钢炼钢厂三座转炉炉壳发生的严重变形问题，通过现场测试，分析了炉壳变形的状态及规律，指出转炉使用镁碳砖炉衬后炉壳温度升高是造成炉壳变形的主要原因，并提出了解决这一问题的措施和建议。
