对FA—367、XY—27两性离子聚合物处理剂及其泥浆体系进行了室内评价试验和现场应用。根据卡森模式优选出了两性离子聚合物泥浆配方。结果表明,与PAC—141、80A51、SK—1三种大分子主聚合物处理剂相比,FA—367抑制泥页岩水化膨胀分散能力最强;与SK—3、XB—40、PAC—145小分子辅助聚合物相比,XY—27抑制泥页岩水化分散能力最强,且不随加量增加而增强对泥页岩的分散性;该泥浆体系的配方简单,加药量少,泥饼薄韧光滑,性能易调,能满足高压喷射钻井的要求,试验井井径规则,但该体系的抗高温性能较差。
FA-367, XY-27 zwitterionic polymer treatment agent and its mud system were evaluated indoor tests and field applications. The zwitterionic polymer mud formulations were optimized according to Carson’s model. The results showed that FA-367 had the strongest inhibitory effect on shale hydration expansion and dispersion compared with PAC-141, 80A51 and SK-1. Compared with SK-3, XB-40, PAC -145 small molecule auxiliary polymer, XY-27 inhibits shale hydration and dispersion ability is the strongest, and does not increase with increasing dosage to enhance the shale dispersion; the slurry system is simple, less dosage The mud cake is thin and smooth, and its performance is easy to adjust. It can meet the requirements of high pressure jet drilling and the test well diameter rules, but the system has poor high temperature resistance performance.
