旧水泥混凝土路面板集料化再生加工产生大量的粉料,用于水泥稳定基层可以将其变废为宝。通过对不同粉料掺配方案的水泥稳定集料基层混合料的抗压及劈裂强度、抗压及劈裂模量、浸水抗压强度、冻融循环抗压强度、干缩和温缩的试验测试,对混合料的力学性能、水稳定性、收缩性能进行了对比分析。试验结果表明:再生粉料有利于提升水泥稳定混合料的力学性能、水稳定性和干燥收缩性能,对温度收缩的影响也不大,完全能够满足公路路面基层的应用要求。
