随着我国电力体制改革的不断深入,新一轮的“电改”本质上已不是上一轮改革的延续,而是打造一个新型电力治理体系,是以市场和服务为导向,以建立绿色低碳、安全可靠,实现综合资源优化配置的新型电力治理体系,同时要求供电企业不断增强自身软实力和竞争力的现代化企业管理理念正在渐渐被曾经的“电老虎”所接受,而作为当今电力企业管理的重要内容,电力企业开展标准化建设已经成为提升企业经营管理水平与企业竞争力的重大举措。经过几年的摸索和实践,各级供电公司已深刻的意识到企业标准化建设是一个环环相扣,相互依存的动态过程,一环不慎,满盘皆输。标准化建设成果的落地、实用,是电力行业改革的重要支撑。
