目的 研究CD4 4v6、nm2 3基因蛋白在非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLC)的表达及其与病理类型、淋巴结转移、肿瘤大小及病理分期之间的关系。方法 应用链霉菌抗生物素蛋白 过氧化物酶 (SP)法染色技术测定 6 5例NSCLC组织标本的CD4 4v6、nm2 3基因蛋白的表达水平。结果 CD4 4v6和nm2 3在NSCLC组织中的阳性表达率显著高于癌旁组织 (P <0 0 1) ;CD4 4v6高表达与NSCLC的淋巴结转移及病理分期有关 (P <0 0 5 ) ;nm2 3与病理类型、淋巴结转移、肿瘤大小及病理分期之间均无关 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 检测CD4 4v6蛋白的表达 ,有可能为判断NSCLC淋巴结转移、病变的发展以及评估预后提供依据
Objective To investigate the expression of CD4 4v6 and nm23 gene in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and their relationship with pathological type, lymph node metastasis, tumor size and pathological stage. Methods Streptomyces avidin peroxidase (SP) staining technique was used to detect the expression of CD4 4v6 and nm23 gene in 65 NSCLC specimens. Results The positive rate of CD4 4v6 and nm23 in NSCLC tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent non-cancerous tissues (P <0.01). The high expression of CD4 4v6 was associated with lymph node metastasis and pathological stage of NSCLC (P <0.05) 3 had no correlation with pathological type, lymph node metastasis, tumor size and pathological stage (P> 0.05). Conclusion The detection of CD4 4v6 protein expression may provide a basis for judging the lymph node metastasis, the development of the lesion and assessing the prognosis of NSCLC
