目的 通过分析 1 990～ 2 0 0 2年广州市结核病登记率的变化趋势 ,反映广州市结核病的控制状况 ,为进一步完善结核病控制措施提供依据。方法 收集 1 990～ 2 0 0 2年广州市各区 (县级市 )结核病防治机构登记报告的结核病人登记管理卡 ,进行电脑统计分析。结果 1 990～ 2 0 0 2年广州市结核病登记率整体下降了 1 7 1 2 % ,平均年递降 0 81 %。结论 广州市结核病登记率下降主要表现①与结核病疫情下降有关 ,广州市结核病患病率从 1 990年的2 4 8 92 /1 0万下降到 2 0 0 0年的 1 4 5 6 6 /1 0万 ,下降了 4 1 5 % ,同期登记率下降了 39 2 %。②治疗和管理质量的提高 ,加速了病人的治愈转归 ,是导致登记率下降的另一原因。③政府重视 ,加强行政管理 ,有助于登记率的提高。如1 996年、 2 0 0 2年登记率有所提高 ,都与行政管理力度加强有关。④掌握率偏低是结核病防治效能低下的主要原因 ,积极提高病人的发现水平 ,是疫情控制的关键
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the trend of tuberculosis registration rate in Guangzhou from 1990 to 2002, reflect the control status of tuberculosis in Guangzhou and provide the basis for further improvement of tuberculosis control measures. Methods The TB registration registration card was collected from the tuberculosis prevention and control institutions in Guangzhou (all districts and cities) from 1990 to 2002, and computerized statistical analysis was conducted. Results The overall TB registration rate in Guangzhou decreased by 17.2% from 1990 to 2002, with an average annual decline of 81.1%. Conclusions The decrease of tuberculosis registration rate in Guangzhou is mainly due to the decrease of tuberculosis epidemic. The prevalence of tuberculosis in Guangzhou dropped from 24 892/1 ten thousand in 1990 to 146 56/1 in 2000 A decrease of 41.5% over the same period, and a drop of 39.2% over the same period. ② improve the quality of treatment and management, accelerated the outcome of the patient’s cure is the registration rate caused by another reason. ③ The government attaches importance to strengthening administration and helps to increase the registration rate. For instance, in 1996, the enrollment rate in 2002 has risen, all of which are related to the strengthening of administrative management. ④ The low rate of mastery is the main reason for the low efficacy of tuberculosis prevention and treatment, and actively raising the level of patient discovery is the key to controlling the epidemic
