四辊卷板是进行金属板材弯曲成形加工的先进技术,但在生产实践中,常常因缺乏合适的工艺而导致板材卷制的精度差、效率低,大大制约了相关产业的发展。对四辊卷板过程进行理论分析,推导出板材回弹的计算公式,并建立四辊卷板的滚弯数学模型;利用ABAQUS有限元分析软件对四辊卷板的整个卷板过程进行二维动态模拟仿真,得到卷制圆筒的滚弯半径值;对比分析仿真半径值、实际半径值以及理论半径值之间存在的差异,并分析导致差异的原因,验证利用仿真分析来制定卷制工艺参数的可行性,进而调整工艺参数以得到高精度成品。
Four-roll coiling is an advanced technology for bending forming of sheet metal. However, in the production practice, the precision and inefficiency of sheet rolling are often limited due to the lack of suitable technology, greatly restricting the development of related industries. The theoretical analysis of the four-roll coiling process is deduced, the calculation formula of rebound of the sheet is deduced, and the rolling mathematical model of the four-roll coiling is established. By using ABAQUS finite element analysis software, the whole rolling process of the four- Dynamic simulation was used to get the rolling radius value of the rolling cylinder. The difference between the simulation radius value, the actual radius value and the theoretical radius value was contrasted and analyzed, and the reason of the difference was analyzed. The simulation analysis was used to make the rolling process The feasibility of parameters, and then adjust the process parameters in order to get high precision finished product.
