随着压铸件的应用范围日益扩大,其结构亦日趋复杂,厚壁铸件中的缩孔和缩松已成为不可忽视的问题。为了解决这个问题,国内、外的压铸工作者曾进行过许多努力,如改进压铸件的设计,在铸件的热节区加镶件以及采用A·R·D压铸法或在远离浇口的热节区行进补压等。但这些方法都存在一定的局限性。笔者在压铸过程中利用爆炸法进行补缩方面做了些初步试验,现介绍如下。
