个训活动中,教师为特殊儿童营造一种积极、和谐、安全的心理氛围是十分重要的。个训时,一名学生与一名教师单独处于相对狭小的教室内,会让学生产生焦虑、恐惧等情绪,这样直接影响教学的效果。目前许多机构的教师在个训教学活动中不能为特殊儿童营造安全的心理氛围,或者做的还远远不够,其原因为教师为非特殊教育专业出身,教师本身素质较低,教师工作热情减退,麻木等。课堂安全心理氛围的现状可从多角度进行改善,如招聘特殊教育专业教师,定期为教师进行培训,开展特殊教育伦理学的教育等。
