通过对全市中小学主题教研实施情况调研后发现,有些学校、教研组、教师主题教研的过程实施脱离或偏离主题,导致教研的低效或无效。1.解题学习要围绕主题。围绕主题开展有针对性地学习,是教研质量高低的重要环节。主题学习分为理论学习和实践学习两个方面。理论学习是围绕主题选择相关的教育理论刊物、教育专著、课程标准等文字资料进行学习,主要是寻找理论基础。
