摘要目的评价射频消融(RFA)术后即时肺活检的诊断效能。方法连续20例病人均接受肺RFA治疗。行RFA后立即进行活检,通过套管插入射频探针避免阻碍RFA探针放置。利用活检标本以诊断恶性肿瘤并分析其形态学特征。同时对RFA的复发及相关并发症进行总结。结果肿瘤的平均大小为(17.3±6.2)mm。90%(18/20)的肿瘤活检有助于恶性肿瘤的诊断。70%(14/20)的肿瘤可确定亚型和起源,包括12个转移灶和2个原发性肺癌。在平均24个月的随访
Abstract Objective To evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of real-time lung biopsy after radiofrequency ablation (RFA). Methods Twenty consecutive patients received pulmonary RFA. Perform a biopsy immediately after RFA and insert the RF probe through the cannula to avoid obstructing the placement of the RFA probe. Use biopsy specimens to diagnose malignant tumors and analyze their morphological features. At the same time, the recurrence of RFA and related complications were summarized. Results The average tumor size was (17.3 ± 6.2) mm. Tumor biopsies of 90% (18/20) contribute to the diagnosis of malignancies. 70% (14/20) of the tumors identified subtypes and origins, including 12 metastases and 2 primary lung cancers.
