不连续碳化硅增强铝基复合材料磨损性能的研究

本文对粉末冶金法制备的SiC晶须(SiC_w)与SiC颗粒(SiC_p)增强的2024Al、2124Al复合材料在销盘式磨料磨损试验机上进行了磨损试验,并用扫描电镜对磨损表面进行了观察。结果表明,与基体合金相比复合材料的抗磨性能显著提高,复合材料的抗磨性能主要取决于增强组元的含量与大小,30vol.%SiC_(p(20μm))/2024Al复合材料的抗磨性可达基体合金的5倍。 In this paper, 2024Al and 2124Al composites with SiC whiskers (SiC_w) and SiC particles (SiC_p) reinforced by the powder metallurgy method were tested on a pin-on-disc abrasion tester and the wear surface was observed by scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the wear resistance of the composites is significantly higher than that of the matrix alloy. The wear resistance of the composites depends mainly on the content and size of the reinforcing elements. The resistance of 30vol.% SiC_ (p (20μm)) / 2024Al composites Abrasion up to 5 times the matrix alloy.
