某工程 ,33层 ,基础施工时 ,为防止塌方 ,施工组织设计采用现浇混凝土支撑纵梁 ,即图1中的支撑纵梁。第一道支撑纵梁标高为 -0.600m ,待混凝土浇筑完毕 ,挖土至标高 -5.300m处时 ,采用挖土机挖土 ,其抓斗间断触碰第一道支撑纵梁。9月15日夜 ,12名钢筋工在基坑内绑扎钢筋 ,突然 ,“啪啪”几声响 ,第一道支撑纵梁下的垫层混凝土成片成块掉入基坑 ,砸在钢筋工身上 ,重伤5人 ,死亡7人
