在高校体育教学中,田径教学一直都占据着重要的地位。田径教学不仅可促进学生身体素质的提升,还能帮助学生获得良好的心理素质。一般而言,对学生的健身习惯、健身方法以及体育锻炼意识进行培养是田径教学工作的主要目的。本文从当前高校田径教学的实际情况出发,对学生的健康状态、身体素质等进行了深入调查和分析,并针对现存问题提出了可使高校田径教学得到革新和完善的一系列措施。
In college physical education, track and field teaching has always occupied an important position. Track and field teaching can not only promote the improvement of students’ physical fitness, but also help students to obtain good psychological quality. In general, the main purpose of track and field teaching is to train students’ fitness habits, fitness methods and physical exercise awareness. Based on the current situation of track and field teaching in colleges and universities, this paper conducts an in-depth investigation and analysis of students’ health status and physical fitness, and puts forward a series of measures that can make college track and field teaching more innovative and perfect according to the existing problems.
