明确菜豆抗角斑病基因在中国普通菜豆中的分布,有助于改良普通菜豆抗病性和提高产量潜力。利用普通菜豆抗角斑病基因H13、NO2、EACA、AA19、BA16及MO2的特异PCR标记,对78份普通菜豆资源进行抗角斑病基因聚合体的选择,从中选择到含2个抗角斑病基因聚合体的菜豆资源10份,含3个抗角斑病基因聚合体的菜豆资源30份,含4个抗角斑病基因聚合体的菜豆资源34份,含5个抗角斑病基因聚合体的菜豆资源3份。该研究明确了78份参试菜豆资源所含的抗角斑病基因类型,筛选出了抗角斑病基因聚合体的菜豆资源。
It is helpful to clarify the distribution of genes for bean leaf spot resistance in common bean in China and to improve the disease resistance and yield potential of common bean. Eighty-seven common bean resources were selected for resistance to caecum by using the specific PCR markers of common bean resistance genes H13, NO2, EACA, AA19, BA16 and MO2. 10 lines of diseased gene aggregates, 30 lines of Glycine soja, 3 lines of Begonia polymorpha, 30 lines of Bradyrhizobium, Polymer bean resources 3 copies. The study identified 78 genes involved in accession bean resources of resistance to the angular leaf spot and selected the bean resources of the gene for resistance to the leaf spot disease.
