1979年,上海沪江机械厂试制成功了我国第一台φ17~76毫米四线水压试管机(见图1)。这台由一机部西安重型机械研究所设计的水压试管机,具有结构合理、自动化水平高、安全可靠、生产效率高等优点。1980年初,由设计、制造、用户三结合,对四线水压试管机进行了负荷试验,结果表明,在主要技术指标上都达到了设计要求,能够满足焊管试压检验的需要。随着焊管机组焊接速度的高速化和焊管使用范围的不断扩大,要求有高效率的严格检查
In 1979, Shanghai Hujiang Machinery Factory trial success of China’s first φ17 ~ 76 mm four-wire hydraulic test tube machine (see Figure 1). This Taiwan by a machine Xi’an Heavy Machinery Institute designed hydraulic test tube machine, with a reasonable structure, high level of automation, safety and reliability, high production efficiency and so on.
