本研究选取辽宁师范大学大二60名女学生为实验对象。随机分为两组,一组为啦啦操组,一组为花样跳绳组,进行为期12周每周3次每次40分钟啦啦擦和花样跳绳运动干预,对体成分中体重、身体质量指数(BMI)、脂肪量、体脂肪率,肌肉量等5项指标进行分析,结果显示:12周的啦啦操和花样跳绳对女大学生的体成分指标有影响,都可减轻体重,降低体脂率和降低脂肪量。可达到减肥和减脂的目的。啦啦操运动比花样跳绳影响的指标多,所以两种运动相比之下,啦啦操可作为减肥减脂的首选运动。
In this study, 60 female students of sophomore from Liaoning Normal University were selected as experimental subjects.
