目的探讨老年胃癌病人术后早期给予肠内营养支持的效果。方法将92例老年胃癌病人随机分为肠内营养(EN)组(45例)和肠外营养(PN)组(47例),观察两组术后并发症的发生率、肛门排气时间、住院费用等情况。结果EN组并发症的发生率较低,术后肛门排气时间较PN组短,住院费用较PN组少,差异有极显著性(t=5.79、85.30,P<0.01)。结论老年胃癌病人术后早期规范进行EN能减少并发症,降低医疗费用,减轻护理工作量,利于病人康复。
Objective To investigate the effect of early postoperative enteral nutrition support for elderly patients with gastric cancer. Methods Ninety-two elderly patients with gastric cancer were randomly divided into enteral nutrition (EN) group (45 cases) and parenteral nutrition (PN) group (47 cases). The incidence of postoperative complications and anal exhaustion time were observed. Hospital expenses and so on. Results The incidence of complications was lower in the EN group. Postoperative anus ventilation time was shorter than that of the PN group, and the hospitalization cost was less than that of the PN group. The difference was extremely significant (t=5.79, 85.30, P<0.01). [Conclusion] The early postoperative standardization of EN in elderly patients with gastric cancer can reduce complications, reduce medical costs, and reduce nursing workload, which is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients.
