岗位胜任能力模型是员工发展和职业生涯设计的目标导向,是建立科学、规范培训课程体系的重要依据。本文论述了建立燕山石化专业技术人员岗位胜任能力模型意义,分析了胜任能力模型的内涵与模型构成要素,阐述了岗位胜任能力模型构建依据和框架,并以入职5年化工专业技术人员为例,介绍了胜任能力模型的具体要求及课程体系建设。
The job competency model is the goal orientation of staff development and career design. It is an important basis for establishing a scientific and standardized training curriculum system. This paper discusses the significance of setting up Yanshan Petrochemical professional and technical personnel post competency model, analyzes the connotation and model elements of competency model, elaborates the basis and framework of job competency model, and takes the five years of chemical professional and technical personnel as an example, The specific requirements of competency model and the construction of curriculum system are introduced.
