经过多年来对可编程信号处理器的研制,发展出一种称之为通用信号处理器(CSP)的新概念.CSP真正提供了可配置、模块化、可扩展、可编程、可支持的性能,以及可按功能、性能与可用性要求制造信号处理器的应用开发环境.CSP包含了军方开发的用于可编程信号处理器的第一流的全VLSI模块组.它的结构是开放式的,以便在需要时增加新的模块.CSP的研制是由俄亥俄州莱特-帕特逊空军基地的空军莱特航空实验室(AFWAL)/AAT—2主持的(合同号F333615-84-CO-1470)。
After years of development of a programmable signal processor, a new concept called a general purpose signal processor (CSP) has been developed. CSP truly provides a configurable, modular, scalable, programmable, supportable performance, as well as an application development environment that makes signal processors per function, performance, and availability requirements. The CSP includes a first-class full VLSI module set developed by the military for programmable signal processors. Its structure is open, in order to add new modules when needed. The CSP was developed at Air Force Wright Aerospace Laboratory (AFWAL) / AAT-2 at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio (Contract No. F333615-84-CO-1470).
