健康新知红光让人的情绪变好美国俄亥俄州立大学的神经科学和心理学研究人员发现,红光可能会让人的情绪变好。实验发现:夜间灯光的颜色会对仓鼠情绪产生影响,暴露在红光中的仓鼠,大脑分泌与抑郁症有关的化学物质更少。虽然实验对象是动物,但这项研究成果对于人类具有重要意义,特别是对于那些经常上夜班且易出现情感障碍的人群。如果能适当的给予上夜班的人红光照射,就会舒缓他们的心态和情绪。除此以外,在夜间看电视、使用电脑或其他电子设备的人也能从红色灯光中受益。
