通过甘肃嘉峪关戈壁滩紫轩酒业葡萄园栽培的贝达及4个抗性砧木3309C、101-14、5BB、SO4进行田间栽培观察,发现4个抗性砧木只从新梢生长量来看,河岸葡萄与沙地葡萄杂交的后代生长量显著要高于河岸葡萄与冬葡萄的杂交后代,这与田间观察的节间长度3309C>101-14>5BB>SO4是一致的,4个抗性砧木在本地区栽培均表现出一定的抗寒性,新梢的生长量显著不同,由此可见4个抗性砧木及其贝达在抗旱性和耐盐碱方面也有差异。
