福建省7~18岁学生超重与肥胖状况及流行趋势

目的了解福建省学生超重和肥胖的发生情况及变化趋势,为制定干预措施提供依据。方法对2014年全国学生体质与健康调研福建省数据进行分析,并与2005年资料比较。采用整群随机抽样法选取7~18岁学生,用《儿童青少年超重与肥胖的筛查标准》计算超重和肥胖率。结果福建省2014年7~18岁学生超重、肥胖检出率分别为11.6%和3.6%;其中男生15.4%和4.7%,女生7.7%和2.4%;城市学生14.4%和4.6%,农村学生8.8%和2.5%;肥胖检出率7~9岁组最高(7.1%),超重检出率城市男生最高(19.4%)。2014年超重与肥胖检出率大多较2005年高。结论福建省青少年学生超重检出率呈快速增长趋势,城市男生和7~9岁小学生是超重与肥胖高发群体。 Objective To understand the occurrence and trends of overweight and obesity among students in Fujian Province and provide basis for making interventions. Methods The 2014 National Student Physical Fitness and Health Survey of Fujian Province data were analyzed and compared with the 2005 data. A cluster random sampling method was used to select 7 to 18-year-old students and the overweight and obesity rates were calculated using the screening criteria for overweight and obesity in children and adolescents. Results The detection rates of overweight and obesity among 7 to 18-year-old students in Fujian Province in 2014 were 11.6% and 3.6% respectively, of which 15.4% and 4.7% were for boys and 7.7% and 2.4% for girls; 14.4% and 4.6% for urban students and 8.8% % And 2.5% respectively. The detection rate of obesity was the highest in 7.1-9% of the population aged 7-9 years. The detection rate of overweight was the highest in urban boys (19.4%). The prevalence of overweight and obesity in 2014 was mostly higher than in 2005. Conclusions The prevalence of overweight in adolescent students in Fujian Province shows a rapid increase. Urban boys and pupils aged 7-9 years are overweight and obese.
