能源桩是在桩基中埋设地源热泵换热器的新型桩基础。但目前对能源桩因桩-土热交换引起的桩身承载性状变化的研究和测试却极为有限。结合常规桩基静荷载试验和岩土热响应试验,建立了荷载-温度作用下能源桩的联合测试技术方法,提出以能源桩荷载水平和桩-土热交换工况等因素作用来确定荷载-温度联合测试方案,建议了相应的测试项目和内容、测试设备的选择及测试要点。结合某能源桩工程实例,介绍能源桩荷载-温度现场测试方案、内容及热交换设备;结合土层分布特征,介绍了桩身温度、应力传感器的布置的设计,并给出与桩身温度相关的桩顶沉降、桩身应力等数据。
Energy pile is buried in the pile foundation ground source heat pump heat exchanger pile foundation. However, the research and test on the change of pile bearing capacity caused by pile-soil heat exchange is very limited. Combined with the conventional pile foundation static load test and geotechnical thermal response test, a joint testing technology method of energy pile under load-temperature is established, and the load-current- Temperature joint test program, suggested the appropriate test items and content, test equipment selection and test points. Combined with a project of energy pile, this paper introduces the load-temperature field test program, content and heat exchange equipment of energy pile. According to the distribution characteristics of soil layer, the design of the temperature and stress sensor is introduced, Pile top settlement, pile stress and other data.
