总结了采用电渣工艺工业化生产高压容器、长规格厚壁钢管和空心坯的主要研究成果,其中包括不易变形的耐热、耐蚀钢及合金。着重分析了高压容器壳体连接部位的制造问题,并提出了解决该问题的各种工艺方案,其中多项研究成果被马里乌波尔重型机械制造厂采纳。探讨了采用电渣铸熔工艺生产高压容器及其它产品的前景。
The main research results of industrial production of high pressure vessels, long thick-walled steel tubes and hollow billets by ESR are summarized, including heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant steels and alloys which are not easily deformed. Emphatically analyzed the manufacturing problems of the connection parts of the high pressure vessel shell and put forward various process schemes to solve the problem. A number of research results were adopted by Mariupol Heavy Machinery Factory. The prospect of producing high pressure vessel and other products by ESR process was discussed.
