目的:探讨Ki-67与nm23在食管鳞癌组织中的表达及其与癌组织分化、侵袭、转移的关系,以及Ki-67与nm23在组织中表达的相关性。方法:用免疫组化SP法对175例食管鳞癌组织中Ki-67与nm23进行检测。结果:175例食管鳞癌组织中,Ki-67阳性表达98例(56.0%),nm23阳性表达137例(78.3%)。Ki-67蛋白表达与食管癌淋巴结转移及病理分期有关(P<0.05),淋巴结转移者明显高表达(75.7%),无淋巴结转移者明显低表达(24.3%);食管癌TNM分期Ⅲ、Ⅳ期组织中,其高表达率明显高于低表达者。nm23蛋白表达与食管癌淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),淋巴结转移者明显低表达(42.9%),无淋巴结转移者明显高表达(83.6%)。食管癌组织中Ki-67蛋白低表达与nm23高表达之间有明显相关性。结论:Ki-67蛋白高表达与nm23蛋白低表达可能与食管鳞状细胞癌浸润转移过程关系密切,Ki-67和nm23蛋白表达的检测有助于判断患者的预后。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the expression of Ki-67 and nm23 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and its relationship with the differentiation, invasion and metastasis of cancerous tissues and the relationship between the expression of Ki-67 and nm23 in tissues. Methods: Ki-67 and nm23 in 175 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results: In 175 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, Ki-67 positive expression was 98 cases (56.0%), nm23 positive expression 137 cases (78.3%). The expression of Ki-67 in esophageal cancer was significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis and pathological stage (P <0.05), lymph node metastasis was significantly higher (75.7%), and lymph node metastasis was significantly lower (24.3% The high expression rate in stage tissue was significantly higher than that in low expression group. The expression of nm23 protein was associated with lymph node metastasis (P <0.05), lymph node metastasis was significantly lower (42.9%), lymph node metastasis was significantly higher (83.6%). There was a significant correlation between the low expression of Ki-67 protein and the high expression of nm23 in esophageal cancer tissues. CONCLUSION: High expression of Ki-67 protein and low expression of nm23 protein may play an important role in the invasion and metastasis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. The detection of Ki-67 and nm23 protein may be helpful to judge the prognosis of patients.
