实践与成效发挥工会组织协调作用,创建和谐劳动关系。创新社会管理的关键是统筹协调社会利益关系、化解社会矛盾,实现社会公平正义。勉县总工会从劳动关系矛盾预警、信息报送、矛盾排查和应急处理等机制建设入手,抓住创建和谐劳动关系这个重点,定期召开协调劳动关系三方会议,实施共同约定行动和集体合同彩虹计划,构建和谐有序的劳动关系:坚持县政府与县总工会联席会议制度,先后通过了《关于进一步推进我县企业工资集体协商工作的建议》、《关于建立协调劳动关系三方机制的建议》等多个议题,收到了很好的效果。按照“典型示范、稳步推进、注重实效、逐步提高”的工作思路,在13家企业建立了工资集体协商规范化试点,为全县推行工资集体协商机制奠定了基础。截至今年6月底,已签订工资协议(区域性)98份,覆盖企业377个,从源头
