为了探讨Lorenz散点图中45°线远端“曲尺”状图形的形成原理及逆向分析技术在此类图形分析中的临床应用,分析Lorenz散点图特征表现符合逸搏或VVI起搏产生的“曲尺”状图形的4个病例。基于散点图作图原理进行推导,并经逆向分析发现:根据主导节律、逸搏间期及逸搏前后频率的不同,该图形可相应地产生独具代表性的变化。心电散点图逆向分析技术可快速提升该类病例分析诊断的效率及准确性。
