目的；为了解海南毛阳地区基层卫生组织在疟疾防治和初级卫生保健中发挥的作用。方法：用现代医学模式的观念，分析毛阳地区16年来基层卫生组织防治疟疾实践及社会问题。结果：表明只有基层卫生组织，从防治危害当地人民健康最严重的疟疾病着手，全面控制疾病流行，并持之以恒，确保了人民身体健康。结论：毛阳地区基层卫生组织不但在疟疾防治中发挥了极大的作用，而且充分地挖掘卫生资源，是“人人享有初级卫生保健”的基础。
Purpose; To understand the role of grass-roots health organizations in Maoyang, Hainan Province in malaria control and primary health care. Methods: With the concept of modern medical model, this paper analyzed the practice and social problems of grass-roots health organizations in malaria prevention and control in 16 years in Maoyang. Results: It shows that only grass-roots health organizations, starting from the malaria prevention and control project that endangers the health of the local people, has overall control over the epidemic and has persevered to ensure people’s health. Conclusion: The primary health organizations in Maoyang not only played a significant role in malaria control, but also fully tapped the health resources as the basis of “primary health care for all”.
