本文探讨了耐蚀钢的氧化皮物相组成、显微结构与钢耐蚀性的关系。冷轧板氧化皮的物相组成为纤铁矿、非晶质氢氧化铁以及金属铁颗粒。耐蚀性好的钢,纤铁矿发育,“港湾状”锈蚀现象少;反之则以非晶质氢氧化铁为主,氧化皮中金属颗粒也较多。热轧板除上述物相外,主要为磁铁矿与赤铁矿。各物相有分带现象。磁铁矿带发育、氧化皮与金属呈锯齿状镶嵌者耐蚀性好。 加有稀土元素的热轧板,稀土元素能净化钢质、球化夹杂物,也能抑制氧化皮中磁铁矿等在水、气下的分解作用,有利于提高钢的耐大气腐蚀。
In this paper, the corrosion resistance of steel is discussed in terms of the oxide phase composition, microstructure and corrosion resistance of corrosion-resistant steel.
