刚刚过去的2010年,在党中央和省委的正确领导下,我省坚持以科学发展观为指导,加快转变经济发展方式,扎实推进“三化”统筹、实施“三动”战略和富民工程,经济平稳较快增长,诸多方面取得重大突破,重点任务全面完成,“十一五”规划目标胜利实现,振兴吉林老工业基地迈出了新的步伐。 Just in 2010, under the correct leadership of the party Central Committee and the provincial party committee, our province has consistently adhered to the guidance of the scientific concept of development, accelerated the transformation of the mode of economic development, steadily promoted the co-ordination and implementation of the “three movements” Strategy and enriching the people. The economy has enjoyed steady and rapid growth. Major breakthroughs have been made in many aspects. The key tasks are fully accomplished. The goal of the Eleventh Five-Year Plan has been successfully achieved and the old industrial base of Jilin Province has taken a new step.
