目的:探讨Beyond冷光美白法美白氟斑牙的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2010年1月～2012年1月收治的中度氟斑牙患者60例,随机分成试验组和对照组各30例,分别用Beyond冷光美白法和家庭漂白法进行美白,对两组患者的临床疗效进行比较分析。结果:治疗后试验组的显效为24例(80.0%),对照组显效为12例(40.0%),两组患者在治疗后以及随访1年后相比较,试验组的显效率明显高于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:Beyond冷光美白法美白氟斑牙的临床疗效显著,值得临床推广使用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Beyond cold-light whitening dental bleaching teeth. Methods: Sixty patients with moderate dental fluorosis who were treated in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2012 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 30 cases each being treated with Beyond cold whitening method and family bleaching method. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results: After treatment, the curative effect of experimental group was 24 cases (80.0%), while that of control group was 12 cases (40.0%). After treatment and one year after follow-up, the apparent efficiency of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control Group, P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: The clinical efficacy of Beyond cold-light whitening bleaching teeth is remarkable and worthy of clinical promotion.
