以金盏菊作为Pb/Cd复合污染黄土修复植物,探讨ICP-OES法对样品Pb/Cd的检出限、精密度和准确度,对比ICP-OES和原子吸收光谱法(AAS)的数据质量,并通过样品实测论证ICP-OES法后续应用的可行性.结果表明:ICP-OES法能够有效识别金盏菊体内Pb/Cd含量,Pb/Cd的相应检测波长分别为220.353nm和214.438nm.试验条件下的Pb/Cd检出限分别达到7.063 8μg/L和0.572 2μg/L,说明ICP-OES法的灵敏度极高.金盏菊样品Pb/Cd回收率为85.07%~110.99%,说明ICP-OES法准确度较好;相对标准偏差均在1.13%以下,证明该方法精密度较高.ICP-OES法和AAS法能够取得相近的检测效能.在EDTA/TA强化作用下,金盏菊地上部分对Pb/Cd的单位吸收量更大,推测可能与Pb/Cd原子活性、金盏菊生长周期、土壤性质等因素有关.
The detection limit, precision and accuracy of ICP-OES method for Pb / Cd were compared with the data of ICP-OES and AAS data. , And the feasibility of the subsequent application of ICP-OES method was demonstrated through the sample measurement.The results showed that the ICP-OES method can effectively identify the Pb / Cd content in the Cigarette, the corresponding detection wavelength of Pb / Cd was 220.353nm and 214.438nm respectively. The detection limit of Pb / Cd was 7.063 8μg / L and 0.572 2μg / L respectively under the experimental conditions, indicating that the ICP-OES method had the highest sensitivity.The Pb / Cd recoveries of Calendula officinalis samples ranged from 85.07% to 110.99% OES method with good accuracy and relative standard deviations below 1.13%, which proved that the method has higher precision.ICP-OES method and AAS method can achieve similar detection performance.Under EDTA / TA intensification, Calendula The upper part of the absorption of Pb / Cd unit larger speculated that may be related to Pb / Cd atomic activity, calendula growth cycle, soil properties and other factors.
