建国以来，我省建成了大批水利水电工程，对促进国民经济的发展和确保人民生命财产安全起到了重要作用。但由于历史原因和条件限制，造成不少水利工程先天不足，加上运行年久，材料老化，以及生物危害等，造成不少工程存在这样或那样的工程隐患，影响工程正常运行和工程效益的?
Since the founding of the People’s Republic, a large number of water conservancy and hydropower projects have been built in our province and played an important role in promoting the development of the national economy and ensuring the safety of people’s lives and property. However, due to historical reasons and conditions, many water conservancy projects are caused by inherent deficiencies, coupled with long-term operation, material aging and biological hazards, which cause many or some of the project’s hidden dangers and affect the normal operation and project benefits of the project.
