利用超音速电弧热喷涂技术在20钢表面制备FeCoCr涂层,在700℃下对试样进行100h高温氧化试验。利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜对试样进行组织形貌分析,利用X射线衍射仪对试样表面进行了物相分析。结果表明:涂层组织致密均匀,与基体结合良好;FeCoCr涂层试样的抗氧化性比基材提高3倍多,其原因是涂层试样氧化后生成致密、无剥落的Cr2O3和CoO氧化膜。
The FeCoCr coating was prepared on the surface of 20 steel by supersonic arc thermal spraying technique, and the sample was subjected to 100h high temperature oxidation test at 700 ℃. The morphology of the sample was analyzed by means of metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope. The phase of the sample was analyzed by X-ray diffractometer. The results show that the microstructure of the coating is dense and uniform, and the bond with the matrix is good. The oxidation resistance of the FeCoCr coating is more than 3 times higher than that of the substrate. The reason is that the coating samples are oxidized to form compact and flakeless Cr2O3 and CoO membrane.
