文武之道,一张一弛。炼铁厂党委书记田光星、厂长汪勇深谙其中真谛。无论是上台作报告,还是与干部职工促膝谈心,他们总爱讲一个道理:“文”与“武”之间的关系——“硬件”与“软件”的辩证法。大而化之,“硬件”就是实现企业奋斗目标的各项方针、措施以及生产经营的过程与结果。“软件”则是干部工人的思想观念、工作作风,乃至工作过程中的方式方法。“硬件”是根本,“软件”是手段。软硬之间,相互促进、互为表面。回眸1999年,乃铁厂多事之年。年初,受国家产业政策限制,高炉限产;同时,一、四两座高炉设备隐患突出,高炉处于“特护”状态;年中,市场转暖,公司要求铁厂满负荷生产。其间,生产组织和安全管理困难重重。
