应用薄层扫描法对益肝灵片中活性成分水飞蓟宾和水飞蓟宁进行分离测定。实验测定结果证实,益肝灵片中主要成分是总黄酮,产品标出的水飞蓟宾仅是其中成分之一。 The active ingredients of silybin and silymarin in Yiganling tablet were separated and measured by thin-layer scanning. The experimental results confirmed that the main ingredient in Yiganling Tablets is total flavonoids, and Silybin, which is the product, is only one of the ingredients.
