检测85例慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)和肺心病患者的血液流变学变化,并探讨了与病情、低氧血症的关系。结果显示:COPD与肺心病组全血粘度、红细胞压积及血浆粘度明显升高,红细胞电泳时间延长,尤以肺心病失代偿组改变明显;并显示血液流变学改变与低氧血症有一定的相关性。
The changes of hemorheology in 85 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and pulmonary heart disease were examined, and the relationship with the disease and hypoxemia was also discussed. The results showed that: the whole blood viscosity, hematocrit and plasma viscosity of COPD and pulmonary heart disease group were significantly increased, the duration of erythrocyte electrophoresis was prolonged, especially in decompensated pulmonary heart disease group, and the changes of hemorheology and hypoxemia A certain degree of relevance.
