目的 通过应用钙离子拮抗剂 (拜新同 )进行对照研究 ,以揭示其对肾结石病人进行ESWL时肾功能的保护作用。方法 将 93例肾结石病人随机分为拜新同组 ( 5 6例 )和对照组 ( 3 7例 ) ,然后进行ESWL。拜新同组术前 3d、术后 1d每日口服拜新同3 0mg ;对照组不用任何药物。采用放免法测定术前 1d、术后 1d尿中白蛋白 (ALB)、免疫球蛋白G(lgG)、β2 微球蛋白 ( β2 -MG)和Tamm-Horsfall蛋白 (THP) 2 4h总排泄量的变化。结果 对照组ESWL后尿中ALB、lgG、β2 -G明显高于治疗前 (P <0 0 1) ,而尿中THP则明显低于治疗前水平 ( P <0 0 1)。拜新同组治疗后尿中ALB、lgG、β2 -MG较治疗前无明显增加 ( P >0 0 5 ) ,尿中THP较治疗前无明显降低 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 拜新同对ESWL时肾功能损害有保护作用
OBJECTIVE To study the protective effect of renal function on ESWL in patients with kidney stones by using calcium antagonist (Bai Xin Tong). Methods Ninety-three patients with nephrolithiasis were randomly divided into two groups (56 cases) and control group (37 cases). ESWL was then performed. The new group with the new preoperative 3d, 1d postoperative daily oral pray with the new 30mg; control group without any drugs. The total excretion of urinary albumin (ALB), immunoglobulin G (lgG), β2-microglobulin (β2-MG) and Tamm-Horsfall protein (THP) Variety. Results The levels of ALB, lgG and β2-G in the urine of ESWL control group were significantly higher than those before treatment (P <0.01), while the levels of urinary THP were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.01). There was no significant increase in urinary albumin, lgG, β2-MG compared with that before treatment (P> 0.05). The urinary THP was not significantly lower than before treatment (P> 0.05). Conclusions Baixin has protective effect on renal damage induced by ESWL
