随着机械化技术的进一步发展,我国煤矿行业的综合机械化程度也在不断地提高,但这也使超强度开采情况时有发生,致使很多煤层的资源越来越少。而薄煤层综合机械化开采也就成为煤炭开采中的一个非常重要的内容。文章探讨了较薄煤层的综合机械化开采技术,分析了多种采煤机、液压支架及刮板运输机的不同特点,提出了选型的原则和方法,形成一套较为完整的现代设计手段。并指出了它的经济效益和社会效益所在,对煤炭行业的可持续发展具有积极重要的作用。
With the further development of mechanization technology, the degree of comprehensive mechanization in China’s coal mining industry is also constantly improving, but this also makes the exploitation of super-intensity occur from time to time, resulting in fewer and fewer resources for many coal seams. The comprehensive mechanized mining of thin coal seams has also become a very important part of coal mining. This paper discusses the mechanized mining technology of thin coal seam, analyzes the characteristics of many shearer, hydraulic support and scraper conveyor, puts forward the principles and methods of selection, and forms a complete set of modern design methods. It also points out its economic and social benefits and plays an active and important role in the sustainable development of the coal industry.
