多年来国内汽车驾驶室使用的隔热涂料一直是L99-1型沥青石棉膏.施工方法是手工刷涂.不管是材料性能还是施工方法均较落后.夏季炎热时,驾驶室内的温度高达50℃,使人难以忍受.如何提高驾驶室的隔热性能,改进施工方法?我厂与大足汽车厂、四川长征化工厂以及6801厂合作,采用GZ-1型高粘度喷涂机喷涂H67-1和C67-2隔热涂料,经过各种试验,其中包括隔热性能的样板、暴晒、行车试验以及抗冲击性、耐腐蚀性和附着力试验,均获得了良好的效果.
