随着高层建筑的迅猛发展,在地下室的施工中多采用传统的正作法程序,即:开挖基坑—施工基桩—施工底板—施工地下室竖向构件—施工地下室梁板。地下室施工耗费的时间占了整栋楼相当大的比例。近几年来,一种“逆作法”施工新技术正被逐渐运用并趋于成熟。本文试结合实际,对逆作法施工技术加以探讨。
With the rapid development of high-rise buildings, the traditional positive method is often used in basement construction: excavation of foundation pit - construction of foundation piles - construction of floor - construction of basement vertical components - construction of basement beams. Basement construction time spent accounted for a considerable proportion of the entire building. In recent years, a “reverse method ” construction of new technologies are being gradually applied and become mature. This article tries to combine with the reality, to discuss the construction technique of the reverse method.
