以二氧化钛负载磷钨钼酸H_3PW_6Mo_6O_(40)/TiO_2-WO_3为催化剂,环己酮和1,2-丙二醇为原料合成环己酮1,2-丙二醇缩酮。探讨H_3PW_6Mo_6O_(40)/TiO_2-WO_3为对缩酮反应的催化活性,较系统地研究了酮醇物质的量比、催化剂用量、带水剂用量、反应时间等因素对产物收率的影响。实验表明:H_3PW_6Mo_6O_(40)/TiO_2-WO_3为是合成环己酮1,2-丙二醇缩酮的良好催化剂,在固定环己酮的物质量为0.2mol,n(环己酮):n(1,2-丙二醇)=1:1.3,催化剂的用量占反应物料总质量的1.2%,带水剂环己烷的用量为6mL,反应时间45min的适宜条件下,环己酮1,2-丙二酵缩酮的收率可达88.5%。
Cyclohexanone and 1,2-propanediol were used as raw materials to synthesize cyclohexanone 1,2-propanediol ketal with titanocene phosphotungstomolybdate H_3PW_6Mo_6O_ (40) / TiO_2-WO_3 as catalyst. The catalytic activity of H_3PW_6Mo_6O_ (40) / TiO_2-WO_3 for the ketal reaction was investigated. The effects of the ratio of ketol to alcohol, the amount of catalyst, the amount of water-carrying agent and the reaction time on the yield of product were studied systematically. The experimental results show that H_3PW_6Mo_6O_ (40) / TiO_2-WO_3 is a good catalyst for the synthesis of cyclohexanone 1,2-propanediol ketal. When the amount of cyclohexanone fixed is 0.2mol, n (cyclohexanone): n , 2-propanediol) = 1: 1.3, the amount of catalyst accounted for 1.2% of the total mass of the reaction mass, the amount of cyclohexane cyclohexanone 6mL, reaction time 45min under the appropriate conditions, cyclohexanone 1,2- Proketone yield up to 88.5%.
