状态监测和故障诊断是确保大型旋转机械正常运行的关键技术手段,本文以高速离心压缩机组为对象,提出了由状态识别系统、状态分析系统、专家咨询系统三层子系统构成的层次化工况监视与故障诊断系统的新构思,着重介绍了状态分析系统的实现方法,阐明了基于开发环境技术和功能模块化技术的设计方案。该分析系统可与状态识别系统联机使用,对机组工况进行在线监视和分析,也可作为一独立的分析软件包应用于各类旋转机械的状态分析场合。最后给出了运行结果。
Condition monitoring and fault diagnosis are the key technical means to ensure the normal operation of large rotating machinery. In this paper, a high-speed centrifugal compressor unit is taken as an object and a hierarchical operating condition consisting of a three-layer subsystems of state recognition system, state analysis system and expert consultation system Monitoring and fault diagnosis system, emphasizes on the realization of the state analysis system, and expounds the design scheme based on the development environment technology and the function modular technology. The analysis system can be used online with the state recognition system to monitor and analyze the condition of the unit online. It can also be used as a stand-alone analysis software package for the state analysis of various types of rotating machinery. Finally, the operating results are given.
