安全优化钻井是提高钻井时效和保护油气层的先决条件,而实现安全优化钻井必须研究如何监测以及消除或减轻钻井过程中钻具振动方面的问题。该文阐述了钻具振动的三种形式分别为扭转振动、轴向振动和横向振动;分析了三种振动的成因、特征、危害、相互关系以及消除和减轻的措施。有关这方面内容的阐述,对钻、录井过程中更好地应用好已开发的钻具振动监测系统,进而推动这一系统的进一步完善具有重要的指导意义。
Safe and optimized drilling is a prerequisite for improving drilling aging and protecting the hydrocarbon reservoir, and for safe and optimized drilling it must be studied how to monitor and eliminate or mitigate the vibrations of drilling tools during drilling. This paper states that the three forms of drilling vibration are torsional vibration, axial vibration and lateral vibration respectively. The causes, characteristics, hazards, interrelations and elimination and mitigation measures of the three kinds of vibration are analyzed. The exposition of this aspect is of great significance to the better application of the developed drilling vibration monitoring system during drilling and mud logging so as to further promote this system.
