通过试验 ,分析了硬质合金可转位刀片刀尖圆弧半径对金属切削的切削力、断屑范围和切屑形态的影响。结果表明 ,加大刀尖圆弧半径会显著加大 y向分力 ,使 z向分力略有下降 ,而断屑范围缩小 ,并增加切屑缠绕的可能性
Through the experiment, the influence of the radius of tool nose arc of carbide indexable insert on the cutting force, chip breaking range and chip shape of metal cutting was analyzed. The results show that increasing the cutting edge radius will significantly increase the y-component force, so that the z-component force decreases slightly while reducing the chip breaking range and increasing the possibility of chip winding
