目的:探讨非小细胞肺癌患者血清淋巴细胞肝素酶基因的表达及意义。方法:采用逆转录聚合酶链反应技术对70例非小细胞肺癌患者及15例正常人血清淋巴细胞肝素酶基因表达水平进行检测。结果:NSCLC患者血清淋巴细胞中肝素酶基因表达水平明显增高,而正常对照组无阳性表达。T_1~T_2(0.676±0.202)与T_3~T_4(0.896±0.188)肝素酶基因表达水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);N_0~N_1(0.656±0.196)与N_2(0.792±0.180)、N_3(0.914±0.192)比较,三者之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05);M_0与M_1比较,前者(0.682±0.205)明显低于后者(0.907±0.182),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:非小细胞肺癌患者血清淋巴细胞肝素酶基因表达水平与非小细胞肺癌TNM分期有关,它可能成为预测非小细胞肺癌侵袭、转移的指标。
Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of heparanase gene in serum lymphocytes in patients with non-small cell lung cancer. Methods: The expression of heparanase gene in serum of 70 non-small cell lung cancer patients and 15 normal controls was detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Results: Heparinase gene expression was significantly increased in serum lymphocytes of patients with NSCLC, but not in the normal control group. There were significant differences in the expression of heparanase between T_1 ~ T_2 (0.676 ± 0.202) and T_3 ~ T_4 (0.896 ± 0.188) (P <0.01); N_0 ~ N_1 (0.656 ± 0.196) (P <0.01 or P <0.05). Compared with M_1, the former was significantly lower than the latter (0.682 ± 0.205) (0.907 ± 0.182), the difference was statistically significant There was statistical significance (P <0.01). Conclusion: The expression of heparanase gene in serum of patients with non-small cell lung cancer is related to the TNM staging of non-small cell lung cancer. It may be an index to predict the invasion and metastasis of non-small cell lung cancer.
