中职烹饪专业为社会输送了一批批的专业人才,培养出了许多的具有中等学历的烹饪技术人才,有力促进了我们国家烹饪事业的发展。从当下的情况来看,中职院校所培养出来的烹饪技术人才,文化水平不高,缺乏创新的能力,对饮食业的发展起到了严重的制约作用。文章站在教师视角,对中职烹饪教学的现状、存在的问题,做出对策研究。
Secondary vocational professional training for the community sent a batch of professionals, cultivate a large number of middle-school cooking technicians, effectively promoted the development of our national culinary career. From the current situation, the vocational technical personnel cultivated by vocational colleges have a low level of education and lack of innovative capabilities, which have severely restricted the development of the catering industry. The article stands in the view of teachers, and studies the status quo and problems of secondary vocational cooking teaching and makes countermeasures.
